The Proposals

The scheme proposed by Jomast Developments seeks to introduce a range of new economic development building upon the site’s location adjacent to the Strategic Transport Corridor.


Although specific end occupiers have not yet been confirmed, these uses are likely to include:

  • Around 7,500 sqm of industrial development and warehousing/logistics space

  • 7 no. trade counter units, ranging from approximately 185 sqm to 550 sqm in area, and comprising around 2,700 sqm gross in total

  • A new foodstore of around 2,000 sqm

  • Supporting food and drink facilities, including a drive-thru coffee-shop, a drive through bakery, and a drive-thru restaurant with hot food takeaway

  • A petrol filling station, with ancillary retail kiosk

  • A new site access via the SSTC and associated servicing areas, landscaping and car parking
